Principal Occupational Therapist
Amber Pacheco is the Principal Occupational Therapist at Strive Occupational Therapy.
Amber has over 3 years' experience working as a paediatric occupational therapist and has specialised in working with children with cerebral palsy. Amber also has experience working with a wide range of other diagnosis.
Amber started her career working overseas as a mental health support worker in Canada, her country of origin. She then started her journey to Adelaide where she studied her Masters in Occupational Therapy at the University of South Australia. Amber received the Ann Wilcock Award for highest overall GP and the Equipt4living award for highest academic performances in courses relating to assistive technology.
Amber attempts everyday to apply the same quality of learning to her practice. She participates in regular training and supervision to ensure her skills remain at the highest level. In addition, Amber is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
